Conservation and community initiatives
- We are fully involved with our local community and #Khoadi / Hoas conservancy. We lease the concession from the #Khoadi / Hoas conservancy, they have a government approved distribution plan, whereby local communities gain benefits. We strictly employ only local people from the surrounding communities. A traditional office and community centre was constructed by the lodge for the benefit of the local people. The lodge also compensates the loss of stock by marauding lions. Laundry services at the lodge are run by the local people as an upliftment programme.
