Notes
- Please note that the Tree House will be closed from 1 November until 30 April during the rainy season.
- No children will be allowed to overnight at the Tree House.
- Persons booked in the Tree House must arrive before 15H00 (local summer time) and before 14H00 (local winter time) and will then be taken to the Tree House with Dinner packs and Drinks.
- All rates include VAT & Namibian Tourism Levy
Children Policy
- Children of all ages accepted.
- No children reduction on activities and accommodation for ALL ages
- As our lodges are in wildlife areas, children should be under the care of a parent/guardian at all times.

Tour Guide Policy
- Only one tour guide free of charge - all meals, drinks etc. to be paid extra when staying in Guide accommodation
- All Guides staying in Lodge rooms will have to pay the normal room rate
