Night drives

Night drives are offered after dinner each night giving guests the opportunity to observe nocturnal animals. Night drives are very popular, where we concentrate on nocturnal animals only. Aardwolf, small spotted genet, bat eared fox, lions, cheetah, leopard  and a very good chance to see the elusive aardvark, various rodents, owls make for an unforgettable game drive, not to mention the star-studded night sky.

Early morning bird watching and guided walks before breakfast

Guided walks are extremely informative with the guides concentrating mainly on animal tracks, plants and their medicinal uses. Special requests are also taken for the avid birder. Excellent bird watching opportunities for birders to find 9 of Namibia's near-endemic birds.

Bird- and game hide overlooking a waterhole nearby

The game sightings are extremely productive during the drier winter months, with a lot of action such as lion kills. During warm summer months, bird-watching is at its best when all the migrants have moved in. Guests are transferred FOC at 10h00 - 12h00 and 14h00 - 16h00.
